Advertising a vacancy instructions
1. Check to see if your organisation is a Clinks member
Only Clinks members can post job adverts with Clinks. If you are unsure if your organisation is a member or not, click here to check. If you are not yet a member, you can find out more information on how to become one here.
2. Log-in or register on the Clinks website
You need to be logged in to the Clinks website to post a job. Click here to log in, or register if you have not yet signed up. Ensure that you select your organisation from the drop-down list - this will ensure that the site recognises you as a member.
3. Add the vacancy details
Once logged in, return to the vacancies page here. The 'Post a Job' button should now appear on the right handside. Follow this link to post a vacancy.
4. The vacancy will appear online shortly
We need to review each job advert to ensure that it is appropriate - this will usually happen within a few hours, but may take up to two working days.
5. Light Lunch and Twitter
We will try and share as many vacancies as we can in the Light Lunch newsletter, which goes out every Friday, and on our Twitter page. However, this is not guaranteed. Combined, Light Lunch and our Twitter reach over 15000 people with an interest in the voluntary sector working in the Criminal Justice System.
6. Featured vacancies
Your vacancy can be promoted as a guaranteed stand-alone listing in Light Lunch for £100. The listing has maximum 125 words about the role, as well as key details such as location and salary and a link to your website. If you would like to promote your vacancy, just tick the 'promoted listing' box on the online form and we will be in touch.
